Fine Arts Competitive Exhibition Pricing & Payment
The Fine Arts vendors will be set up in the Sally Kate Memorial Park.  Each item must be original work done since January 1, 2007.  Since this is an outdoor show, your work will need a substantial display to withstand wind and crowds. A total of Sixteen (16) cash awards will be made in the following categories:  (a.) Painting (Oil, Acrylic), (b.) Water Color & Mixed Media, (c.) Graphics, Drawing, Photography, (d.) Sculpture and Pottery, and (e.) Handmade Jewelry, Glass, Wood, Leatherwork, Fibers and Embellished Fabrics.

All antique booths must be set up on Friday only. No antiques will be set up on Saturday. This is to prevent traffic congestion, and to allow time and room for any care that may need to be taken with antiques. Antiques are indoors and are located in the old McClure Furniture building on the corner of Broad Street and Commerce Street. Each exhibitor will be responsible for his or her own display, tables, etc. Electricity is available.

All Arts & Crafts booths will be located outside and will be approximately 12’ wide and 10’ deep. Your booth will need a substantial display structure to withstand wind and extremely large crowds. Free standing tents or coverings are recommended. Each vendor is responsible for providing his or her own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Tents requiring stakes and ropes for support are not permitted. You are allowed to set up in the park only if your items are handmade. No reproduced items will be allowed in the park. Crafts will not be judged.

All displays areas for Food Concessions in Veterans Park are at least 15’ wide and approximately 15’ in depth. Because of the landscaping of the park area, no vehicles or trailers will be allowed to set up or remain in this exhibit area. Tents, portable grills, etc. are welcomed in these areas. Mobile Food Concessions Areas: All food concessions that required a trailer, camper, or any other type of vehicle are considered to be Mobile Food Concession Booths. All of these booths are choice locations on paved areas and all have limited electrical power available. Each booth is approximately 30’ wide and 20’ deep and is easily accessible. Vendors in this category must set up Friday before the Festival to avoid traffic congestion. All other food vendors not in the Mobile category are encouraged to set up on Friday as well. Electrical Outlets: Limited electrical outlets are available in all areas. Each outlet will be 120 volts, 10 amps only. Food concessions will be assigned only one outlet and will be expected to restrict their power to 10 amps. The fee is $10 and must be requested on the application. Personal generators are allowed but must be noted on the application as well.
