All displays areas for Food Concessions in Veterans Park are at least 15’ wide and approximately 15’ in depth. Because of the landscaping of the park area, no vehicles or trailers will be allowed to set up or remain in this exhibit area. Tents, portable grills, etc. are welcomed in these areas. Mobile Food Concessions Areas: All food concessions that required a trailer, camper, or any other type of vehicle are considered to be Mobile Food Concession Booths. All of these booths are choice locations on paved areas and all have limited electrical power available. Each booth is approximately 30’ wide and 20’ deep and is easily accessible. Vendors in this category must set up Friday before the Festival to avoid traffic congestion. All other food vendors not in the Mobile category are encouraged to set up on Friday as well. Electrical Outlets: Limited electrical outlets are available in all areas. Each outlet will be 120 volts, 10 amps only. Food concessions will be assigned only one outlet and will be expected to restrict their power to 10 amps. The fee is $10 and must be requested on the application. Personal generators are allowed but must be noted on the application as well.
